Custom-made generator sets

Each special project requires very specific elements. In this phase, we meet with the client and discuss all the aspects that need to be customized. Simultaneously, we create a preliminary mechanical and electrical design to use as a model. Then, we start the process.

When the design is almost complete and accepted by the client, we obtain the design freeze. Next, the purchasing department is responsible for gathering the necessary materials to carry out the generator set.

This is the first phase of production. We perform the cuts and machining that will define the doors, air and gas outlets, cable entry... In parallel, we weld the chassis that will support the Monoblock, the generator set itself.

The paint, with C5I and C5M protection levels, is key against corrosion and oxidation of the metal parts of the group.

In this phase, we divide the container into compartments for the fuel tank, fire protection system, control panel, and all other elements through a process called "partitioning." We also line it with rock wool panels, an excellent thermal and acoustic insulator.

This is the final part of the production process. We place the generator set in the container and install the cooling systems, exhaust systems, and other components. Additionally, we assemble the chassis finishes: doors, locks, license plates, stickers, and other coverings.

With the finished product, we conduct tests that ensure extremely high performance standards in our units. We test them all on the load bank at 110% power and perform various simulations to see how they respond.
